Decorative Polyurethane Corbels

Decorative polyurethane corbels are polyurethane support elements with a load-bearing appearance, placed beneath cornices, shelves, or projections. With their console-like forms, they are applied beneath elements that project from the wall and act as ornamentation suggesting support in classical architecture. Polyurethane is lightweight and applied directly with construction adhesive; labour is faster than with stone or wooden corbels. It resists moisture and impact, does not crack or blister, and can be painted. Because it is moulded, the curve and motif details repeat identically on every piece.
