P1981IK is a decorative support element that brings the warmth of traditional woodwork into modern spaces using advanced building technology. Specially designed to provide aesthetic transitions in rustic ceiling layouts, under rafters, and at faux beam joints, this corbel adds natural depth to living spaces. It eliminates the heavy weight, cracking, and high maintenance associated with real wood.
Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane, this model features a density of 150-220 kg/m³. This ideal density offers a surface hardness comparable to real wood while keeping the product exceptionally lightweight. With its compact dimensions of 74 mm width, 83 mm depth, and 110 mm height, this support element can be safely installed in tight spaces and intricate ceiling details while putting only a limited load on the structure.
The deep-grained, textured rustic finish on the surface perfectly replicates the authentic look of aged natural logs. Thanks to its closed-cell structure, it has a water absorption rate of less than 1%, preventing swelling, rotting, or insect infestation in damp environments. It maintains its shape and dimensional stability for years, making it ideal for both interior decor and demanding exterior facade designs.
Delivered with a factory-applied primer, the product offers a surface ready for paint adhesion. Due to warranty conditions provided by paint manufacturers for their own priming systems, applying an additional primer coat is entirely optional. For installation, only Polure Polfix adhesive should be used, combined with screws for secure mechanical fastening. Once installed, it can be painted with water-based or synthetic paints.
