The factory-primed surface facilitates the adhesion of the topcoat paint. However, since paint manufacturers have their own primer standards, applying an additional primer is optional and left to the user's preference. For installation, Polure Polfix adhesive should be applied to a clean surface, followed by mechanical fastening with screws. Once the screw holes are filled with putty and sanded, the surface can be painted with water-based or synthetic paints. Considering the heavy and fragile nature of plaster, and the moisture-related warping risks of wood, this modern architectural material stands out as the most practical, long-lasting, and maintenance-free alternative.
