The P6807 polyurethane bracket is a premium decorative element designed to add structural depth and artistic elegance to wall surfaces. Blending traditional architectural corbel motifs with modern manufacturing technology, this product creates a balanced focal point wherever it is applied. It is ideal for both interior design and exterior building facades.
The product measures 336 mm in width, 170 mm in height, and 102 mm in depth (projection). Thanks to its high-density (150-220 kg/m³) rigid polyurethane structure, it matches the hardness and durability of wood without adding unnecessary weight to your building. With a closed-cell structure, its water absorption rate is under 1%, ensuring it retains its original shape without swelling, cracking, or warping in humid environments, bathrooms, or harsh exterior conditions.
Featuring elegant acanthus leaf scrolls and a central circular shield motif, its visual design showcases the finest details of neoclassical style. The flat, stepped top surface offers a decorative shelf-like appearance, creating a perfect contrast with the detailed carvings below. Unlike plaster or wood alternatives, these finely crafted details do not crumble and offer high resistance to impacts.
Highly versatile, this decorative element provides an aesthetic transition around fireplaces in living rooms, under wall niches, in hallways, and at arched door junctions. On exterior facades, it is frequently preferred as a decorative support under cornices, eaves, or balcony overhangs, offering a classic load-bearing look.
During installation, only Polure Polfix polyurethane adhesive must be used, and mechanical fastening with screws is highly recommended. The product comes factory-primed and ready for painting; however, applying an additional primer coat is optional and depends on the customer's preference to meet paint manufacturers' surface warranty requirements. Easily cleaned with a damp cloth, it maintains its elegance for years without requiring maintenance.

- In exterior designs, it functions as a classic architectural support under villa and building entrances, cornices, roof eaves, and lower window corners
- It is also frequently preferred in hotel lobbies, restaurants, and historical restoration projects to add dimension and depth to walls
- The installation surface must be dry, clean, and free of dust
- Apply Polure Polfix polyurethane adhesive to the back of the product and position it on the wall
- For a secure hold, mechanical fastening with screws is mandatory
- Screw holes and joints should be filled with high-quality exterior putty and sanded smooth with 180-220 grit sandpaper

- For outdoor installations exposed to direct sunlight and weather conditions, it is recommended to check the paint every few years and touch up as needed, depending on the paint's lifespan
Can the P6807 bracket model be used on exterior facades?
Yes, since the product is made of high-density rigid polyurethane, it is highly resistant to water, moisture, and harsh weather conditions. It can be safely used on exteriors; however, to protect it from sunlight, it must be painted with a UV-resistant exterior paint after installation.
Which adhesive should I use during installation?
To ensure excellent adhesion and long-lasting durability, only Polure Polfix polyurethane adhesive should be used during installation. Silicone-based adhesives should be avoided as they can stretch and detach. Additionally, mechanical fastening with screws is required.
Can the product be used directly without painting?
The product is shipped with a protective white factory primer. However, if left unpainted, polyurethane can yellow over time due to UV rays. Therefore, for both aesthetic appeal and longevity, we recommend painting it with at least two coats of water-based or synthetic paint.
What are its advantages compared to plaster or wood brackets?
Plaster brackets are very heavy, fragile, and deform when exposed to water. Wood can rot over time due to moisture and is prone to insect infestation. Include the product weight and fixing loads when assessing the substrate and supporting structure.
Can heavy loads be placed on the product?
The P6807 is designed for decorative purposes. Structurally, it does not function as a load-bearing column or main beam. However, when securely fastened to the wall with screws, it can safely support lightweight decorative shelves, planters, or frames placed on top.
