The P554050 patterned polyurethane half column shaft is a decorative architectural element designed to wrap around walls or structural posts in both interior and exterior applications. Drawing inspiration from Baroque and Rococo aesthetics, its curved floral motifs, central oval medallion framing, and rich relief craftsmanship add distinct architectural depth to surfaces.

Manufactured from high-density rigid molded polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this column component offers a surface hardness comparable to wood without adding unwanted structural weight. Featuring dimensions of 255 mm depth, 477 mm width, and 1360 mm height, the closed-cell structure ensures a water absorption rate under 1%. It retains its form across temperature shifts ranging from -100 °C / +80 °C, remaining resistant to shrinkage, expansion, and rot.

Produced via mold-casting technology, the pattern lines and recessed details are exceptionally sharp and precise. As a purely decorative cladding product, this half column shaft does not carry structural loads; it serves as an ideal cladding solution for enhancing existing concrete, steel, or wooden posts.

The product surface arrives pre-coated with a factory-applied white primer, preparing it for the final paint layer. Water-based paints are recommended for indoor use, while UV-resistant outdoor paints should be chosen for exterior facades. Additional priming is optional based on user preference, though paint manufacturers typically require their own primers for warranty coverage.
