Polyurethane Wood-Look Rustic Wall and Ceiling Panel

The P1927 is a large-format cladding panel designed to effortlessly bring the natural texture of wood to wall and ceiling surfaces. Featuring an aged log texture and deep grain structure, this decorative element infuses spaces with rustic warmth while completely eliminating the heavy maintenance demands of real timber. From cozy mountain chalets to modern commercial venues, it offers an ideal solution for creating a natural, authentic backdrop.

Measuring 26 mm in thickness, 3000 mm in length, and 270 mm in width, this panel allows for seamless cladding of large surfaces in single pieces. Thanks to its high-density rigid polyurethane structure (150-220 kg/m³), it delivers wood-like durability while remaining exceptionally lightweight. Its closed-cell structure keeps water absorption below 1%, ensuring it retains its shape without rotting, swelling, or attracting pests, even in humid areas, bathrooms, or outdoor facades. Its dimensional stability has been tested within -20 °C / +70 °C, with resistance to expansion or warping.

The knots, deep crack effects, and fibrous wood grains on the panel's surface are molded with high precision from actual natural logs. The rustic dark brown texture shown gains depth through subtle light and shadow play, adding a three-dimensional character to any wall. Whether used for column wrapping, fireplace backdrops, or ceiling rafters, it becomes a stunning focal point in neoclassical, country, or industrial design styles.

It can be safely installed on interior walls and ceilings, as well as exterior facades when proper protective measures are taken. It brings warm acoustics and visual richness to large spaces such as hotel lobbies, cafes, villa living room ceilings, or master bedroom headboard walls. With its generous 27 cm width, it also serves as an excellent cladding material for faux beams or column wrapping.

Compared to heavy and fragile materials like plaster, installation is incredibly practical, and unlike natural timber, it requires no periodic sanding or varnishing. Simply apply Polure Polfix adhesive to the clean surface, position the panel, and secure it mechanically with screws. The factory-applied primer provides a paint-ready surface; however, applying an extra coat of primer is optional and depends on the user's preference to meet paint manufacturer warranty terms. For outdoor applications, applying two coats of UV-resistant paint is mandatory to protect against sun damage.
