Project: Wedding Hall Facade in Tokat (2024)

Completed in Tokat in 2024, this wedding hall project was about giving a wide, tall volume an architectural character that reads from a distance. The elevation combines arched window surrounds, a row of columns with neoclassical capitals and a continuous cornice line. Our archive holds 27 application photographs from this project.

Window openings were framed with arched surround sets, while columns with neoclassical capitals set the vertical rhythm at the entrance and intermediate axes. A deep-section cornice defined the upper line under the eaves. At this scale, large sections were preferred so the elements read from a distance.

Because the work was at height, the lightness of the material was decisive: the polyurethane elements were carried on scaffolding without a crane. Following the outdoor rule, parts were not merely bonded to the surface: they were cross-screwed at the joints, screw heads sunk and filled, then sanded with 180-220 grit. The facade was finished with a UV-resistant elastic exterior paint.

The duration depends on facade area and the number of elements. Since the elements are light and easy to cut, a single team can complete a substantial section per day; the adhesive cures in about one hour under normal conditions.

Arch elements are in the catalogue; if the radius of the opening differs, production is made to measure. Non-catalogue sizes and motifs can be produced with 3D scanning and CNC.

Usually yes. Because the work is external and dry-fixed there is no demolition or wet trade inside; the programme is planned around the event calendar.
