On a commercial facade the goal is not only aesthetics but recognition from a distance. On hotel, café, retail and event-venue elevations, scale, lighting and the installation schedule are commercial decisions. How is scale chosen on a commercial facade?
The decision follows viewing distance. On a high-street shop slim profiles are read from close by; a roadside event venue or hotel needs column diameters of 40 cm and above, deep cornice sections and large crowns. Small-scale elements look scattered on a wide facade and weaken brand perception.
How is night-time visibility planned?
The effect doubles when facade elements are designed together with lighting. A cavity is left behind a cornice or profile for an LED strip, with light directed upwards or downwards. When selecting fittings, bodies that heat above 80 °C must not touch the product surface directly; an air gap is left where necessary.
Can installation proceed without closing the business?
In most projects, yes. The work is external and dry-fixed: elements are mounted with adhesive and screws, with no demolition or wet trades. The programme is scheduled for weekdays or the off-season to avoid clashing with events and peak custom. Because the elements are light, no crane is required and a single team can work from scaffolding.
Which items make up the cost?
A quotation contains two separate items: the unit cost of the products and the installation fee. The price covers the product only; shipping is the buyer’s responsibility and goods are ex-works. For analysis we ask for the facade dimensions (linear metres or m²), current photos or video, model preference and the location. Custom motifs such as a brand logo can be produced with 3D scanning and CNC; 3D design is chargeable.

What is the maintenance cost after installation?
