Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-200 kg/m³), it provides a surface hardness comparable to wood while remaining exceptionally lightweight compared to traditional plaster or concrete alternatives. This lightweight structure significantly simplifies the installation process and minimizes the static load on your walls.

The visual design features clean, stepped, and interlocking straight profiles along the outer edges. During installation, mechanical fastening with screws is mandatory alongside Polure Polfix adhesive applied to a clean, dry surface. Once screw heads and joints are filled with a suitable compound and sanded smooth using 180-220 grit sandpaper, the mantel can be painted in any color using water-based or synthetic paints. For outdoor or semi-open terrace applications, a UV-resistant exterior paint must be used to protect the surface against sunlight degradation.
