Modern Precast Solutions

Modern precast solutions is the general name for exterior facade solutions covering the installation of plain-lined facade elements such as architraves, cornices, columns and sills, produced in advance in a mould, onto the building surface. Polyurethane precast elements provide the facade framing function of traditional precast concrete with a light material; they are used in window surrounds, floor lines and entrance areas. The polyurethane material is light and is applied with suitable adhesive or fixings; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, swell or peel and can be painted. Being lighter than its concrete equivalent reduces the facade load, transport and labour cost; it does not deform in outdoor weather conditions. Its paintable surface matches the facade colour.
