These exclusive frames from the Polure production facilities showcase the transformation journey of high-density polyurethane material from raw form into architectural works of art. In an industrial workshop environment, under the natural daylight of the production line, the stacking stages of decorative panels and rafters with natural wood textures are clearly visible. The technical equipment and A.Costa industrial surface processing machines in the space are concrete evidence that products are manufactured with millimetric precision and in full compliance with international standards.
In the visual, the raw (unpainted) states of P1981B and P1981F beams, which are the most preferred models of the Rustic series, stand out. These products feature deep grain structures obtained by identical replication of real wood texture during the molding phase. The patterned panels stacked on the side prove how flawlessly polyurethane can capture complex and elegant details during casting. The white, pure state of the material lays the foundation for installation ease with its high surface quality offered before painting.
The precast casting technology used in the production process ensures that each beam and panel are perfectly compatible with one another. Especially thanks to CNC-supported mold preparation processes, the 'knot' and 'crack' effects seen in the P1981 series products offer an organic appearance far from looking artificial. This production discipline maintains not only the aesthetics of the material but also its technical structure, which does not absorb moisture and holds paint perfectly.
The use of such rustic beams is ideal for creating a warm atmosphere, especially in high-ceilinged restaurants, hotel lobbies, or loft apartments. Thanks to their lightness, they can be mounted even on gypsum board suspended ceilings without imposing a static load. In the decoration process, you can take these beams in their white raw state as seen in the image and personalize them with wood preservatives or water-based paints suitable for the general color palette of the space to create a timeless character on your ceilings.
