Hello, dear followers. Today, our topic is non-flexible skirting boards. For example, we prepared a hidden light profile from a single panel.
You can see it here: the part that is glued to the ceiling and the part that is glued to the wall. This is the final piece of the hidden light, where we covered the surface again in a monoblock form. As you can see, we have a standard molding.
Following the standard molding, there is a cross-section we created by cutting a 2 cm by 90 cm by 280 cm single panel. As you can see, a turn has been made here, followed by another turn. These are adjusted according to your project.
As you can see, we perform a milling process during manufacturing. After gluing it like this, it becomes completely monoblock. When you do this with drywall, you know that these surfaces need to be completely plastered and sanded.
It requires quite a bit of labor, and it is really very difficult to achieve this level of rigidity. We can send these to you at 280 cm in the cross-sections you request. At the same time, we can also make them in circular forms or in the form you specify and draw.
If you have projects involving our non-standard products with different cross-sections like these, we look forward to welcoming you to our factory, or we are just a phone call away.
