Fireplace Side Decor

Fireplace side decor is a polyurethane element placed on the sides of a fireplace unit for profile and ornamentation purposes. It is used to define the side edges of a decorative fireplace and soften the transition to the frame. The polyurethane material is lightweight and applied directly with mounting adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack or warp and can be painted. Because it is mould-cast, the details repeat identically on every piece and the right and left edges look symmetrical. Being lighter than marble or timber equivalents speeds installation and reduces the load on the wall. Polure produces the fireplace side decor in a range of profiles and sizes.
