Polyurethane Ballroom Column Covers

Polyurethane ballroom column covers are semi-circular and modular cladding profiles engineered to aesthetically enclose existing structural concrete or steel pillars. They are primarily installed in large venues such as ballrooms, event halls, and hotel foyers to cover raw construction columns. Unlike traditional wood paneling, polyurethane does not warp over time and remains unaffected by moisture. Manufactured from high-density molded polyurethane (150–200 kg/m³), these covers provide exceptional surface resistance against impacts. With a water absorption rate under 1%, they can be easily cleaned using a damp cloth. Designed to withstand indoor temperatures ranging from -20°C to +80°C, the modular components are joined around the column, sealed with polyurethane sealant, sanded, and painted to match any interior color scheme.
