Polyurethane Light Fixture Frames

Polyurethane light fixture frames are recessed mounting profiles designed for installing spot lights, LED panels, or floodlights into ceilings. Used in offices, residences, commercial spaces, and residential projects, they ensure a seamless transition between the ceiling surface and lighting fixtures. Manufactured with a high density of 150-200 kg/m³, these frames deliver exceptional durability against impacts and cracking. Featuring a water absorption rate under 1%, they operate reliably without warping in humid and wet spaces such as bathrooms. A temperature tolerance between -20°C and +80°C prevents heat from fixture housings from damaging the structure. Considerably lighter than traditional plaster frames, polyurethane fixture mounts are easily attached with ceiling adhesives, sanded, and painted to match the ceiling.
