Classic Arch and Surround Systems

Classic arch and surround systems are high-density polyurethane decorative moldings designed for framing doors, windows, and wall arches with traditional architectural profiles. Commonly specified in historic restorations, villa projects, and classic commercial interiors, these elements feature a density of 150-220 kg/m³ (production target ~160 kg/m³) to provide superior resistance against impacts compared to plaster or wood. A water absorption rate below 0.8% prevents yellowing, swelling, or peeling in wet conditions or on washable surfaces. Operating reliably from -100 °C / +80 °C, they are suitable for both indoor and exterior facade applications. Installation is simple using structural adhesive and screws, and surfaces can be painted with any standard finish.
