Curved Polyurethane Arch Trim

Curved polyurethane arch trim profiles are flexible or cast decorative mouldings designed to frame circular or oval architectural openings, doors, and windows. Preferred for accentuating interior and exterior transitions in residential, hotel, and historic restoration projects, they eliminate the risks of cracking, warping, and rotting associated with wood or plaster trim. Manufactured with high-density rigid polyurethane (150-200 kg/m³), these mouldings offer high impact resistance. Featuring a water absorption rate below 1%, they maintain structural integrity in wet outdoor conditions. Easily cut on site and mounted with hybrid adhesives, they can be sanded and painted in any color post-installation. Standard molded dimensions ensure joints remain stable without flexing or opening.
