The P5018 polyurethane patterned pilaster column is a premium decorative element that seamlessly blends the exquisite details of classical architecture with modern manufacturing technology for both interior and exterior designs. Specially developed to add depth to wall surfaces, highlight door and window frames, or enhance the perception of room height through vertical lines, it offers a durable and practical alternative to traditional stone, marble, or plaster, eliminating their heavy weight and fragile nature.

Boasting exceptional technical durability, this pilaster column features a thickness of 35 mm, a width of 175 mm, and a height of 1765 mm. Manufactured from high-density (150-200 kg/m³) rigid polyurethane, it offers a wood-like hardness while remaining remarkably lightweight. It perfectly retains its structural integrity within a temperature range of -20°C to +80°C. Thanks to its closed-cell structure, its water absorption rate is below 1%, preventing structural damage such as rotting, swelling, or pest infestation in humid environments or exterior facade applications.

In terms of visual design, the pilaster stands out with its elegant vertical fluting along the shaft and finely detailed, symmetrical relief motifs at the top and bottom capitals. Carrying the sophisticated traces of Baroque and Neoclassical styles, these delicate patterns instantly bring movement and architectural character to plain walls. Thanks to high-precision molding technology, the design lines are exceptionally sharp and smooth.

Highly versatile, the P5018 model is widely preferred for wall framing in living rooms, fireplace surrounds, hallway transitions, and hotel lobbies. With its robust structure, it can also be safely used on villa facades, entrance portals, and window casing designs. For exterior applications, coating the material with UV-resistant paint is mandatory to protect it from sunlight degradation.

The product comes pre-primed with a factory-applied primer, making the surface ready for the final topcoat. However, since paint manufacturers do not guarantee paint adhesion without their own system primers, applying an additional primer is optional and at the customer's discretion. Polure assumes no responsibility for paint applications and subsequent performance. During installation, Polure Polfix adhesive must be applied to a clean surface, and mechanical fastening with screws is strictly required. Afterward, screw holes can be filled with putty, sanded, and painted.
