In modern interior designs and prestigious exterior projects, minimalist wall paneling applications are becoming increasingly popular. Wall moulding corner elements, designed to achieve flawless lines and minimize labor time at the most delicate joints of wall frames, offer a perfect blend of aesthetics and functionality. Developed with this in mind, polyurethane plain wall moulding corner models eliminate the tedious and labor-intensive processes of traditional woodwork, allowing you to create symmetrical, sharp, and seamless transitions.
High-Density Material Structure and Technical Advantages
Our wall moulding corner product range is manufactured from high-density rigid PU (polyurethane) raw material with a density of 150-200 kg/m³. This density provides a hardness close to wood while maintaining excellent lightweight properties. Offering an extremely durable alternative to the fragile structure and heavy weight of traditional plaster, these polymer-based elements retain their shape even in high-traffic areas like hallways, thanks to their impact-absorbing properties. With a closed-cell structure, their water absorption rate is under 1%, meaning they won't swell, rot, or warp in humid environments. Capable of maintaining their form in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +80°C, these elements promise long-lasting use without shrinkage or cracking, thanks to their high dimensional stability.
Wide Range of Sizes for Every Architectural Scale
We offer a wide range of sizes to suit different wall heights and design visions. For small-scale rooms and delicate framing, the P85002A model measuring 111x111x15 mm or the P85002D8 model measuring 128x128x14 mm, which offers balanced proportions, are highly preferred. In medium-sized spaces, the P85008B model measuring 133x133x20 mm stands out to add a fuller look. For spacious lobby areas, high-ceilinged living rooms, or grand exterior designs, options such as 183x183x14 mm (P85002M), 198x198x14 mm (P85002D15), 200x200x15 mm (P85002F), and the thicker 200x200x20 mm (P85008A) profile are available. For large-scale and monumental projects, the P85016C model measuring 255x255x22 mm adds a powerful, robust depth to the wall paneling.
Easy Installation and Premium Surface Quality
Our products are shipped ready for installation, thanks to their factory-applied white primer coating. This primer layer ensures excellent adhesion for both water-based and synthetic paints. Manufactured with millimetric precision using CNC mold technology, these wall moulding corner elements are produced at a perfect 90-degree angle, preventing alignment errors caused by craftsmanship mistakes during installation. This saves both time and material waste in your projects.
Usage Areas
Wall moulding corner models complement architectural projects across a wide range of applications. Indoors, they are frequently preferred for wall framing in residential living rooms and bedrooms, hotel lobbies, restaurant corridors, and corporate office wall panels. Thanks to their high moisture resistance, they can be safely installed in wet areas such as bathrooms and spas. Outdoors, they serve as elegant borders around windows and doors, on floor-molding lines, and corner claddings of residential buildings, villas, and administrative offices.
Installation
Follow these steps to achieve durable and secure results when installing wall moulding corners: 1) Ensure the application surface is dry, clean, and free of dust. 2) Mark the corner points on the wall using a laser level. 3) Apply a strong, solvent-free PU adhesive such as Polure Polfix to the back of the product (silicone adhesives must absolutely not be used). 4) Use screws for mechanical fastening to prevent slipping until the adhesive cures. 5) Fill screw heads and joints with a thin layer of joint filler or putty. 6) Once dry, sand the surface smooth with 180-220 grit sandpaper. 7) Finally, apply a primer and complete the process with two coats of paint. For exterior applications, UV-resistant paint must be used to protect against sunlight.
Care Information
Maintaining these rigid corner elements is completely effortless. A damp, soft microfiber cloth is sufficient for dusting and routine cleaning. To protect the lifespan of the paint, avoid using abrasive chemicals, acidic cleaners, or harsh sponges. Any micro-movements at the joints over time due to building settling can easily be repaired with acrylic filler and touched up with paint.
