Decorative Fireplace Surrounds: Craftsmanship, Final Checks and Packaging

Our customer today is October 16th, 2026. We will be carrying out quality control in production for you and taking a look at what we are doing. We are currently in the packaging department.

Your orders are being prepared, including fireplaces. On this side, there are fireplaces and column capitals in the packages. When we look at the process from here, you can see that all of our orders are continuing to be packed very carefully.

Is this how we place it? Guys, teach me these things, too. After painting and touch-ups, one final check is done before each product goes into the package.

There are ceiling reliefs here. As you can see, when you look at the surfaces on our production line, there is a deeper model of the fireplace we saw earlier. The insert will be carefully placed inside, just like this.

We have various reliefs and laser-cut column bases. Normally, all of the finished products are painted in a specialized wet paint booth to ensure a high-quality finish. Once they have been carefully painted, the items are left to air-dry right here.

After the drying phase is complete, each individual product undergoes one final detailed process, just as you can see happening here. After the final process, we have our PLC-controlled boxing machine. Here, the specific box model is selected based on the unique shipment requirements of the product.

The box dimensions are entered, and a custom box is created for each product. This way, we ensure that the product is delivered to you securely. We look forward to welcoming you to our factory for more.
