Villa-Style Office
A villa-style office is a detached building with a villa-inspired plan or appearance used as an office. Polyurethane decoration can complete the exterior with window and door surrounds, string courses, window sills, and column or half-column cladding. Indoors, cornices, ceiling roses, wall panels, brackets, and faux beams can be used. Cast PU products have a density of 150-220 kg/m³ and water absorption below 1%. Because this material is lighter than plaster, concrete, and solid wood, it is easier to handle for exterior and interior applications and offers resistance to moisture and impact. Factory-primed elements can be painted with water-based or synthetic paint after suitable surface preparation. Correct installation reduces the risk of moisture-related deterioration, cracking, and blistering. Moulded production keeps profile lines and decorative details consistent throughout each piece. Polyurethane mounting adhesive is used, with screws or wall plugs added where necessary. The products are decorative and non-structural.
