Single-storey Commercial Unit

A single-storey commercial unit is a self-contained business property with all usable areas on one level. Polyurethane decoration can be used around entrance doors and shopfronts as window and door surrounds, along the facade as string courses, and for column cladding, window sills and keystones. Interior applications include cornices, ceiling roses, wall panels and decorative faux beams. High-density cast PU products have a density of 150-220 kg/m³ and water absorption below 1%. Their low weight makes them easier to transport and install than plaster, concrete and solid wood alternatives. The material is resistant to moisture and impact, while its factory-primed surface can be finished with water-based or synthetic paint. Suitable installation reduces the risk of cracking and blistering. Mould-cast production helps preserve sharp profile lines and fine details throughout each piece. Installation uses polyurethane mounting adhesive; wider sections may require mechanical support. The products are decorative and do not carry structural loads.
