Office Exterior Design

Office exterior design involves planning the architectural elements around a commercial building’s exterior walls, windows, entrance and signage as a coordinated whole. Polyurethane window surrounds, string courses, window sills, column cladding and decorative panels can help define window proportions and frame the entrance. These products are decorative and do not carry structural loads. With a density of 150-220 kg/m³, cast polyurethane provides a lightweight alternative to elements made from plaster, concrete or solid timber. Its closed-cell structure has a water absorption rate below 1%, helping reduce the risk of moisture-related deterioration, cracking and blistering. The factory primer can be overpainted with water-based or synthetic paint. The dimensional stability test range is -20 °C / +70 °C. Cast moulding keeps the decorative details and lines of the profile cross-section repeatable; in addition to adhesive, mechanical fixings can be used where required during installation.
