Detached Office
A detached office is a workplace used as a separate building or an independent unit. Polyurethane decoration can be used on the entrance facade for window surrounds, door surround profiles and string courses, and indoors for cornices, wall panels, brackets and decorative faux beams. High-density cast PU products have a density of 150-220 kg/m³. Their closed-cell structure keeps water absorption below 1%. Compared with plaster and wood products, these properties provide lower weight, easier handling and a shorter installation process. Polyurethane surfaces can be supplied factory-primed and finished with water-based or synthetic paint. Resistance to moisture and impact can help reduce the risk of cracking and blistering when properly installed. Custom moulds ensure consistent details across products made from the same model. Installation is carried out with polyurethane mounting adhesive and, where necessary, mechanical fixings. The products are intended for decorative use and do not serve as structural elements.
