Standalone commercial premises

Standalone commercial premises are independent commercial workspaces. Polyurethane decorative elements can be used on exteriors as window and door surrounds, string courses, window sills, keystones and column cladding, and indoors as coving, ceiling roses, wall panels and decorative beams. High-density cast polyurethane products have a density of 150-220 kg/m³ and water absorption below 1%. Compared with plaster, concrete and solid wood alternatives, this makes them lighter to handle and generally quicker to install. The material is resistant to moisture and impact; with suitable surface preparation, it can be painted, reducing the risk of moisture-related deterioration, cracking and blistering. Because the products are cast in moulds, fine ornamentation and crisp lines can be reproduced consistently. Installation is carried out with polyurethane mounting adhesive, using screws or plugs where required; silicone is not used. The elements are decorative and do not carry structural loads.
