Detached House Exterior Facade
A detached house exterior facade is the architectural arrangement visible from outside, including the walls, windows, doors and areas beneath the roofline of a single-dwelling property. Polyurethane window and door surrounds, string courses, window sills, door surround profiles, column cladding and decorative corbels can be used to highlight openings and define transitions between facade surfaces. These elements are decorative and do not carry structural loads. Cast polyurethane has a density of 150-220 kg/m³; its lower weight compared with plaster, concrete, stone and solid wood makes handling and installation easier. Its closed-cell structure has a water absorption rate below 1%, helping reduce the risk of moisture-related deterioration, cracking and blistering. The factory primer provides a surface suitable for water-based or synthetic topcoats. The dimensional stability test range is -20 °C / +70 °C. Cast mould production ensures consistent cross-sections and decorative details across the same profile.
