Cream exterior facade
A cream exterior facade uses a light cream shade as the main or complementary colour across a building’s outer walls. Polyurethane window surrounds, sills, string courses, column cladding and door surround profiles can be used to define windows and entrances on a cream facade. Cast polyurethane components arrive factory primed and can be matched to a cream shade or other facade colours with the selected paint. These products are decorative and do not carry structural loads. With a density of 150-220 kg/m³, polyurethane is lighter than plaster, concrete, stone and solid timber, making installation more practical. Its closed-cell structure keeps water absorption below 1%, helping reduce the risk of moisture-related deterioration, cracking and blistering. The dimensional stability test range is -20 °C / +70 °C. Moulded casting production helps preserve regular lines in surround and string course profiles. Installation uses polyurethane-based adhesive, with mechanical support where required by the profile section.
