Recessed Ceiling Lighting Profiles
Recessed ceiling lighting profiles are polyurethane channels designed to integrate flush LED lighting into ceiling surfaces. Widely used in modern residences, hotel rooms, and commercial offices, these profiles create clean linear light patterns that add depth to interior spaces. Manufactured at a density of 150-220 kg/m³ (production target ~160 kg/m³), the rigid structure effectively resists cracking. With water absorption below 1%, they will not swell or yellow in humid conditions. Operating safely between -100 °C / +80 °C, they handle heat from LED fixtures without issue. Lighter and more flexible than plasterboard channels, they fix easily with adhesive and sand down smoothly for painting.
