Real estate office exterior

A real estate office exterior is a facade design that shapes a property business's corporate appearance and the impression created at its entrance. Window and door surrounds, string courses, window sills, column cladding, entrance profiles and decorative panels can be combined to highlight windows and entrances. These elements are decorative and do not carry structural loads; they are applied as cladding over the existing facade or load-bearing columns. Cast polyurethane products have a density of 150-220 kg/m³. Their lighter weight than plaster, concrete and solid wood makes handling and installation more practical. Their closed-cell structure keeps water absorption below 1%, helping reduce the risk of moisture-related deterioration, cracking and swelling. The factory-primed surface can be painted with water-based or synthetic paint. The dimensional stability test range is -20 °C / +70 °C. Cast production helps keep fine ornament and sharp edges consistent throughout each piece.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is polyurethane used on real estate office exteriors?

Polyurethane window surrounds, sills, column cladding and entrance profiles are lightweight, paintable and moisture-resistant decorative elements. They are used as facade cladding, not as structural supports.

How are polyurethane elements installed on a real estate office exterior?

Installation is carried out with polyurethane mounting adhesive. Depending on the profile and application, screws or plugs may also be needed for mechanical support. The product's installation instructions should be followed instead of using silicone.
