Wrought Iron Garden Gate

A wrought iron garden gate consists of metalwork leaves that close the garden entrance and are used with boundary walls or columns. Polyurethane architectural elements do not replace the metal gate leaf; they are applied as complementary cladding around the gate, on columns, the upper section, surrounds, keystones or decorative brackets. Cast polyurethane has a density of 150-220 kg/m³ and is lighter than stone, plaster, concrete or solid wood, making transport and installation around columns and gates easier. Its closed-cell structure keeps water absorption below 1%, reducing the risk of moisture-related deterioration, cracking and swelling. Factory-primed components can be painted with water-based or synthetic paint in a wrought iron colour or a tone suited to the facade. The dimensional stability test range is -20 °C / +70 °C. Mould-cast production ensures repeatable profile lines and ornamental details.
