Real Estate Office
A real estate office is a commercial workspace used to present, rent out or sell properties. Polyurethane decoration can be applied to the exterior as window surrounds, sills, band mouldings, column cladding and keystones that define the branded entrance, and indoors as ceiling coving, wall panels and ceiling roses. High-density cast PU products have a density of 150-220 kg/m³ and water absorption below 1%. Their light weight makes handling easier than plaster, concrete or solid wood, while their resistance to moisture and impact is an advantage for exterior use. Factory-primed surfaces can be painted in the desired colour. Proper installation helps reduce the risk of moisture-related deterioration, cracking and blistering. Casting ensures that profile sections and fine details can be reproduced consistently. Installation is carried out with polyurethane mounting adhesive, with screws or plugs added where needed for wider elements. Silicone is not used. Decorative products do not carry structural loads; they are made to order and supplied ex works.
