Real Estate Office Exterior

Real estate office exterior design refers to decorative facade applications used on buildings that provide real estate services. Polyurethane products can be applied as window and door surrounds, window sills, string courses, band mouldings, column or half-column cladding, and keystones. High-density cast PU has a density of 150-220 kg/m³ and water absorption below 1%. Its closed-cell structure provides resistance to outdoor moisture. As the material is lighter than plaster, concrete, and solid wood, it makes handling and facade installation easier. Polyurethane resists impact, while its factory-primed surface can be finished with water-based or synthetic paint. When the correct application system is selected, the risk of moisture-related deterioration, cracking, and blistering is reduced. Cast production helps preserve fine profile details and sharp lines. Installation is carried out with polyurethane mounting adhesive, with screws or plugs where needed; silicone is not used. Facade elements are decorative and do not carry structural loads. Production is made to order.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can polyurethane window surrounds be used on a real estate office exterior?

Yes. They can be used around windows, doors, and storefronts, as well as for window sills and facade string courses.

What is the water absorption rate of polyurethane exterior elements?

High-density cast polyurethane products have water absorption below 1%; this value does not mean the product provides waterproofing.
