Polyurethane Garden Gate Surrounds

A garden entrance gate is the arranged pedestrian or vehicle access point to a residential or building garden, including the gate, wall and surrounding elements. Polyurethane window or door surrounds, door-top mouldings, window sills, keystones, column cladding and decorative brackets can help define the gate's position on the wall. These products are decorative elements that complete the exterior appearance and do not serve as structural components for the gate or wall. Cast polyurethane has a density of 150-220 kg/m³ and is lighter than stone, concrete, plaster and solid wood, making installation easier. Its closed-cell structure keeps water absorption below 1% and helps reduce the risk of moisture-related deterioration, cracking and swelling. The factory-primed surface can be painted with water-based or synthetic paint. The dimensional stability test range is -20 °C / +70 °C. Sharp profile lines are preserved through the mould-casting process.
