The PB9013 decorative baluster is an essential component of railing and balustrade systems, seamlessly blending the aesthetic lines of classical architecture with modern engineering. Combining safety and elegance for balconies, terraces, verandas, and staircases, this baluster model offers a perfect alternative to traditional stone, cast marble, or wooden railings, which often come with high costs, excessive weight, and demanding maintenance. Thanks to its lightweight structure that adds no extra static load to buildings, it is highly preferred and safe for multi-story balconies.

Featuring physical dimensions of 151 mm in width, 151 mm in depth, and 900 mm in height, its ideal 90 cm height fully complies with standard railing regulations while providing both visual substance and a secure barrier. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-200 kg/m³), this model offers wood-like hardness and exceptional impact resistance. With its closed-cell structure, the water absorption rate is below 1%, preventing structural degradation even in damp, rainy, or freezing outdoor environments.

In terms of visual design, the PB9013 model stands out with its symmetrical and smooth surface details. The square transitions of the top and bottom bases, combined with the circular collars on the shaft and an elegant tapering neck, perfectly reflect the character of neoclassical and traditional architectural projects. Thanks to flawless molding quality, the surface is free of imperfections or waves, allowing it to achieve a noble, marble-like finish once painted.

Highly resistant to harsh outdoor conditions, this product maintains its shape without expanding or contracting in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +80°C. It does not rot or attract insects like wood, nor does it crumble or crack like plaster. It is delivered with a factory-applied white industrial primer, which enhances topcoat adhesion. However, since paint brands do not guarantee topcoat applications without their own proprietary primers, applying an additional primer post-installation is entirely optional and at the customer's discretion. Polure does not guarantee painting processes.

Its lightweight nature offers a major advantage during installation. Easily cut with standard woodworking tools, the baluster should be installed using Polure Polfix adhesive at the top and bottom connection points. In addition to adhesive, mechanical fastening with screws is mandatory. For outdoor applications, it must be coated with UV-resistant exterior paint to protect against solar radiation. Once screw holes and joints are filled with suitable putty and sanded, a seamless, smooth finish is achieved.
