Crafted from high-density (150-200 kg/m³) rigid polyurethane, our product is engineered to withstand harsh outdoor weather, moisture, and UV rays. Measuring 275 mm in width, 1332 mm in length, and 50 mm in thickness, this profile is exceptionally lightweight compared to traditional wood or concrete alternatives. Thanks to its closed-cell structure, it does not absorb water or moisture, eliminating common issues like rotting, warping, and splintering found in wood, or cracking and algae growth seen in marble. It maintains its dimensional stability across a wide temperature range (-20°C to +80°C).

In terms of design aesthetics, the product features smooth, flowing, and stepped lines with a flawless surface texture. Its curved structure and finely crafted profile details reflect the noble elegance of classical and neoclassical styles. Pre-primed at the factory, the surface is ready for any water-based or synthetic paint. While the factory primer prepares the surface, paint manufacturers do not guarantee painted surfaces without their own primers; therefore, applying an additional primer is OPTIONAL and at the customer's discretion. Installation begins on a clean, dry surface with 45° miter cuts. After applying Polure Polfix adhesive, mechanical fastening with screws is mandatory. Screw heads and joints are filled with exterior-grade filler, sanded smooth with 180-220 grit sandpaper, followed by primer (optional) and two coats of paint. Compared to plaster, polyurethane is lightweight and shatterproof; compared to wood, it is resistant to moisture and rot; and compared to EPS foam, it is harder and offers finer detail. It also provides thermal and acoustic insulation, offering a durable and repairable solution.
