Polure is a manufacturer of rigid polyurethane architectural and decorative mouldings in Tuzla, Istanbul, Türkiye, operating in this sector since 1993. We manage design, mould making, series production and dispatch in-house for standard and custom requirements. Our factory-direct service supports international projects with written quotations, export coordination and technical information.

Polure produces rigid polyurethane architectural and decorative mouldings for interiors, façades and restoration projects. The range includes: • Window and door surrounds, columns, pilasters and capitals • Cornices, coving, crown molding, ceiling medallions and domes • Arches, beams, rafters and logs in wood look, with 20 models and 15 colours • Skirting, panel mouldings, borders, corbels, brackets and wall panels • Niches and decorative accessories Our own plant in Tuzla, Istanbul includes 4,000 m² of indoor and 3,000 m² of outdoor production area. Products are decorative and are supplied for architectural applications rather than load-bearing construction.

Our history began with plaster cornice production and installation, followed by the production of polyester and silicone moulds required by plaster producers. Mould technology became our core competence, and polyurethane is now our main material. We make aluminium, silicone, epoxy and polyester moulds in-house for each product using three-dimensional scanning and CNC. Our scanning fleet includes Artec Ray, Spider 2, Eva and Leo scanners, supported by an XGRID point-cloud system for on-site surveys. Existing profiles, façades and heritage details can be captured digitally and reproduced. Before tooling starts, we can prepare a true-to-scale three-dimensional render. Visualisation, three-dimensional design work, on-site survey and measurement are paid services quoted separately in writing. Series production uses Hennecke polyurethane injection machinery for repeatable quality between batches.

Profiles that are not in our catalogue can be produced with a new mould or machined on CNC. An existing profile may be reproduced from a physical sample, technical drawing or digital scan, subject to review of the geometry, dimensions and intended application. For an enquiry, send the available drawing, sample details, scan, reference images, required dimensions, quantities and project information. We can review whether the profile is suitable for production and identify the appropriate tooling or machining route. A true-to-scale render can be prepared before tooling begins when requested; this paid service is quoted separately in writing. Custom production is always quoted. Polure sells finished products and custom production, not moulds, machines or raw material.

The export process follows a written quotation and confirmed order: One. Send product codes and quantities, or drawings and project details for a custom enquiry. Two. We issue a written quote valid 7 days, with the sales unit, applicable minimum order, lead time and commercial details. Three. Pay the 40% advance and confirm the order. Four. We complete production and prepare the goods for packing. Five. We provide the package count, dimensions and weights after packing. Six. Goods are sold ex-works and handed to the buyer's forwarder. International transport, customs procedures where applicable, taxes and import costs are the buyer's responsibility. You may use your own forwarder or ask us to help find one. Seven. The balance is due on delivery. Inspect the shipment on arrival and record transport damage on the carrier's document, then send photographs.

The Downloads / technical documents page provides an AutoCAD DWG library of product profiles in Turkish, English and Romanian. Product pages show its dimensions, sales unit and a dimensioned drawing image. Dimensioned drawings in DWG or PDF format for individual products and specific projects are sent on request through the contact or quote channel. Material values are: density 150-220 kg/m³, water absorption below 1%, service temperature -100 °C / +80 °C, and fire class B2 (flame retardant) with phosphorus-based flame retardant additive. Products are supplied primed with white 1K acrylic primer, which is not a finish coat. Decorative products are not load-bearing. Yes, Polure ships factory-direct to customers in other countries, with goods sold ex-works. Product pages show dimensions, the sales unit and a dimensioned drawing image, while project-specific DWG or PDF drawings of individual products are available on request through the contact or quote channel. A product technical data sheet is not available, and BIM, Revit and IFC files are not offered.

Yes, Polure can manufacture a profile from your drawing by creating a new mould or machining the product on CNC. An existing profile can also be reproduced from a sample or scan, including digital capture through a paid on-site survey where required. Custom production is subject to a written quote, and true-to-scale three-dimensional visualisation before tooling is a paid service quoted separately in writing. Polure supplies finished products and custom production rather than moulds, machines or raw materials.

The minimum order quantity and sales unit depend on the product and are shown on the relevant product page. These details should be checked for the selected item before requesting a quote.

Prices are provided in a written quote that remains valid for 7 days. Payment is 40% in advance, with the balance due on delivery.

The applicable production lead time is stated in the written quote. That quoted schedule is the reference for order planning.

Products with a manufacturing defect are replaced, and there is no time-limited warranty. Inspect the delivery on arrival; if transport damage is present, note it on the carrier's document and send photographs.
