Production & Technology

Three things decide quality in decorative polyurethane: mould precision, correct processing of the raw material and dimensions that match the project exactly. All three are under our own control.

Moulds: made in-house, one for every product

We produce aluminium, silicone, epoxy and polyester moulds ourselves with 3D scanners and CNC. Because moulds are not outsourced, pattern depth, texture and dimensional tolerance stay in our hands — and opening a new mould for a special project is part of our own workflow, not a supplier negotiation.

3D scanning and modelling

We work with Artec Ray, Spider 2, Eva and Leo scanners for 3D modelling and mould work, and take dedicated scans during site surveys. With our XGRID point-cloud scanners we provide precise on-site scanning and surveying: an existing façade, a ceiling detail or a profile to be restored is captured digitally, one to one.

Seeing the result before production

Thanks to high-accuracy scan models, we present the final appearance as a 3D render while the project is still on paper — which profile goes where, and how the proportions will read.

Production

We manufacture with Hennecke machines, the world leader in polyurethane injection. High technology means repeatable quality: the second batch of a product matches the first.

Factory-direct retail. With no middleman, price, lead time and technical information come from the manufacturer. We ship to every region of the world, Türkiye included.
