Arched Ceiling Cornice Polyurethane Moulding

Arched ceiling cornice is a polyurethane profile mounted along the curved junction where a vaulted or domed ceiling meets the wall. Manufactured with a custom profile to match the arch curvature, it creates a finished line at the ceiling-wall joint; commonly used in hotels, stairwells, domed halls, and places of worship. Radius and profile dimensions are project-specific. At 150–220 kg/m³, polyurethane is significantly lighter than plaster alternatives, allowing single-person installation and handling on curved surfaces. Its closed-cell structure yields water absorption below 1%, providing resistance to moisture-related degradation and impact damage, and dramatically reducing transit breakage and post-installation cracking compared to plaster. Cast-molded production ensures fine decorative detail and sharp profile lines remain consistent across the entire curved span. Supplied with factory priming; available in any colour upon painting.
