Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane foam (150-220 kg/m³), this fixture delivers structural durability comparable to wood while remaining remarkably lightweight. With a water absorption rate under 1%, it resists swelling in humid conditions. Dimensional stability has been tested between -20 °C and +70 °C against heat generated by internal light bulbs. The pre-primed surface accommodates both water-based and synthetic paints. Installation is quick using polyurethane adhesive mastic, eliminating the need for heavy structural support profiles.
