Polyurethane Precast Profile

A polyurethane precast profile is the general name for polyurethane bar elements such as surrounds, cornices and bands that give a precast appearance on facades and walls. Applied in lengths to create horizontal or vertical lines on the surface, they give the facade a concrete or stone precast effect. The profiles are fixed directly to the surface with construction adhesive and screws. The polyurethane material resists moisture and outdoor weather conditions, does not crack or swell, and can be painted with exterior facade paint. Being far lighter than concrete precast makes handling and installation easier. Since the profiles are mould-produced, the section is identical on every piece and forms a continuous line when joined. Polure produces precast profiles in different section and size options.
