Classical Pilaster Capital
Polure classical pilaster capitals crown flat wall columns with authentic historical proportion and ornate architectural relief. Molded from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these wall pilaster crowns offer wood-like mechanical toughness without adding structural load to interior walls or exterior facades. With a closed-cell structural composition absorbing less than 1% water, they are completely immune to swelling, rot, and mold growth in kitchens, bathrooms, or outdoor entries. Thermally stable between -100 °C / +80 °C with B2 fire safety classification, each pilaster capital comes factory pre-primed in a white acrylic technical coat. Installation is easily executed using continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive paired with countersunk micro-screws. Lightly sand (180-220 grit) prior to topcoat painting.
