Polyurethane Column

Polyurethane columns by Polure add majestic classical elegance to entrances, porticos, and interior spaces. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these decorative columns feature a hollow interior and are non-load-bearing, making them lightweight and easy to mount. For structural loads, an internal steel support profile must be enclosed within the hollow core—concrete must never be poured inside. Available in standard diameters (20, 30, 40, 50, 60, and 80 cm) with smooth or fluted shafts and Doric, Ionic, or Corinthian capitals. With water absorption under 1% and a Class B2 fire rating, they will not rot, swell, or distort between -100 °C / +80 °C. Delivered factory-primed with white acrylic coating, they require continuous PU assembly adhesive and mechanical screw fasteners at joints. Fill screw holes with facade filler, sand smooth with 180-220 grit, and finish with quality paint.
