Exterior Column Decor

Polure exterior column decor systems bring classical architectural dignity, grand proportions, and weather-resistant durability to building entrances, porticos, and verandas. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these exterior decorative column components provide high mechanical strength and impact resistance without placing structural loads on foundations. With a non-porous closed-cell matrix absorbing less than 1% water, the decor will never rot, swell, warp, or crack under freezing conditions or extreme heat (-100 °C / +80 °C). Rated B2 for fire safety, all pieces arrive pre-treated with a factory white acrylic primer. Designed as hollow, decorative, non-load-bearing elements, they wrap around structural internal steel posts (standard diameters range 20 to 80 cm). Never pour concrete inside. Installation requires continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive on joint faces and mechanical screw attachment, finished with exterior acrylic filler and UV-resistant topcoat paint.
