Ornamental Pilaster
Polure ornamental pilasters bring classic relief framing, fluted or smooth vertical shafts, and noble capital detailing to building facades and interior grand halls. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this flat wall column delivers timber-like mechanical strength while eliminating structural dead weight. Featuring closed-cell composition with under 1% water absorption, it will not rot, warp, swell, or foster mold in humid interiors or exposed facade environments. Engineered to perform in temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C and rated B2 for fire safety, every pilaster comes factory-coated with a white acrylic technical primer. Note that pilasters are decorative and NON-LOAD-BEARING; do not pour concrete inside. Mount using continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive on wall contact faces and joining edges, secure with countersunk screws, fill joints with acrylic or facade putty, sand smooth (180-220 grit), and paint.
