Decorative Boiserie Applications | Polyurethane Trim

Decorative boiserie applications are a traditional wall decoration technique based on covering the lower part or the entirety of walls with panels and moldings. They are used to bring movement to vertical surfaces in classic and neoclassical style living rooms, corridors, study rooms, and commercial spaces like restaurants. Today, polyurethane materials are preferred instead of wood in these applications. Polyurethane boiserie elements, unlike wood, are not affected by humidity and temperature changes in the environment; they do not warp, crack, or shrink. Thanks to their lightweight structure, their installation is extremely practical and they are applied directly to the wall with special adhesives. Their impact-resistant rigid structure provides protection against bumps at the baseboard level. Thanks to the primer coat applied in the factory, they are ready to be painted in the desired color after installation. High-density molded profiles make it easy to achieve clean corner joints and smooth seamless connections.
