Classic polyurethane panel corner elements manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³) simplify traditional wall framing and wainscoting by eliminating complex 45° miter cuts. Engineered with wood-like mechanical toughness and high impact resistance, these ornate panel corners ensure crisp 90° transitions for wall mouldings. Their closed-cell structural formulation keeps water absorption strictly under 1%, protecting interior frames against humidity, rot, and structural swelling (-100 °C / +80 °C). Factory pre-coated with a white acrylic technical primer, Polure classic panel corners allow seamless painting with acrylic, water-based, or synthetic topcoat paints. Installation calls for clean substrate preparation, continuous PU assembly adhesive across back contact zones, and mechanical screw fixing (silicone adhesive is strictly forbidden). Lightly sand with 180-220 grit paper prior to painting for ideal coating adhesion.
