Large Corbel

A large corbel is a large-scale polyurethane decorative console element that gives the appearance of supporting a cornice, shelf, balcony or eave. Indoors and outdoors it is used at cornice corners and under projections and eaves to create the look of a decorative support. The polyurethane material is light and is applied with assembly adhesive together with mechanical fixing where needed; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack or blister, and can be painted any colour. Being lighter than stone and wood counterparts, it adds no load to the surface and installs quickly. As the relief details are mould-produced, they repeat identically on every piece. Polure produces the large corbel in a range of sizes and patterns.
