3D Geometric Panel

Polure 3D geometric panels offer modern architectural texture, dynamic shadow play, and contemporary wall accenting for residential and commercial interiors. Crafted from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these geometric panels feature crisp relief contours with exceptional mechanical toughness and scratch resistance. Polyurethane will not warp, check, or split under environmental changes between -100 °C / +80 °C. The closed-cell structure keeps water absorption under 1%, protecting against wall moisture, swelling, and mold in feature walls, lobbies, or moisture-prone areas. Each panel arrives factory-primed with a smooth white acrylic coat. Installation involves preparing a dry substrate, applying continuous PU assembly adhesive along back contact grids and interlocking joins, and securing with screws. Joints and screw countersinks are filled with acrylic putty, sanded smooth (180-220 grit), and painted with interior topcoat paint.
