Classic Fireplace Culture in Modern Decoration
In today's world, where traditional architectural elements merge with contemporary technology, units designed for electric artificial fireplaces have become prestigious focal points in interior design. In modern residences, apartments, and commercial projects where installing classic chimney systems is impractical or avoided due to maintenance challenges, decorative fireplace insert fire systems offer a practical and aesthetic alternative. Crafted with high-density rigid polyurethane technology, the outer body designs bring the classic fireplace look to living spaces without adding extra structural load, thanks to their wood-like durability and lightweight structure.
Technical Superiority and Structural Durability
The PH10GSI and PH20GSI models in this exclusive category are specially sized to adapt to various architectural scales. The PH10GSI model, measuring 145x810x870 mm, provides an ideal fit for wide wall niches and large-scale fireplace mantels, while the PH20GSI model, with its 220x750x627 mm dimensions, creates a three-dimensional sense of depth in deeper, more compact spaces. The raw material used in production features a density of 150-200 kg/m³, offering high impact resistance alongside ease of transport and installation. Maintaining its shape at temperatures between -20°C and +80°C, this closed-cell structure preserves its dimensional stability even in humid environments with a water absorption rate below 1%, preventing shrinkage or warping.
Aesthetic Details and Visual Performance
Powered by advanced LED flame effect and artificial fire technologies, these units deliver the look of real burning embers without the hassle of soot, smoke, or ash. The outer surfaces are shipped with a factory-applied primer coat, making them ready for the final paint application. Water-based or synthetic paints can be easily applied. However, since paint manufacturers do not guarantee applications done without their own primers, applying an additional primer post-installation is entirely optional and at the customer's discretion. Our brand does not assume responsibility for paint performance. For outdoor applications, UV-resistant paints must be used to prevent the material from yellowing under sunlight.
Usage Areas
Decorative units designed for electric artificial fireplaces offer a wide range of interior applications. In luxury residential projects, they are primarily placed inside main fireplace mantels in living rooms and salons. They are also highly favored in prestigious commercial spaces such as hotel lobbies, reception areas, VIP lounges, and restaurants to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The compact PH20GSI model can be positioned as a sophisticated decorative detail in bedroom niches, study rooms, and libraries. In addition to classic and neoclassical interiors, they fit perfectly into modern and minimalist designs to create a striking contrast within fireplace inserts.
Installation
Installing units from our electric artificial fireplace category is highly practical when following the correct steps. First, ensure the installation surface is completely clean and dry. If a decorative frame is to be built around the unit, the joints should be prepared with a 45-degree miter cut. Only polyurethane (PU) assembly adhesive must be used for bonding; silicone-based adhesives should be strictly avoided. Following bonding, mechanical fastening with screws is mandatory. Screw heads and joints should be filled with high-quality exterior putty, and once dry, sanded smooth with 180-220 grit sandpaper. After cleaning the surface, the installation is completed with two coats of paint following an optional primer application.
Care Information
Thanks to the closed-cell structure of the rigid polyurethane material, maintaining these products is virtually effortless. A slightly damp, soft microfiber cloth is sufficient for dusting and cleaning. Abrasive chemicals, thinners, or acidic cleaning agents that could damage the surface structure must never be used. To prevent dust accumulation in the electric LED flame effect systems inside the unit, periodic cleaning can be done using low-suction vacuum tools.
