Delivery Time and Notification
The delivery time of your orders may vary depending on the product’s features and the production schedule. At the time of order, the estimated delivery time is provided to the customer in writing or verbally.
Delivery Method and Responsibility
All our products are sold on an Ex Works (EXW) basis. Shipping and freight charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Products must be inspected on the day of receipt; otherwise, responsibility lies with the buyer. Our contracted shipping company does not provide insured delivery. Therefore, in case of damage, our company does not accept responsibility; we recommend using freight transport or your own vehicle.
Return Conditions
All our products are custom-made. In accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured according to the consumer’s personal requests and specifications.
The quantity accepted for return is limited to 10%. A general expense deduction of 30% will be applied to returned or canceled products.
Custom-made, painted, and deformed products (wooden beams, radius-shaped, and flexible products) are not accepted for return.
If the product has a manufacturing defect or a wrong product is sent by our company, it may be returned or exchanged provided that it is unused, not installed, in its original packaging, and complete, and is delivered to us under these conditions.
Shipping or transportation costs will not be covered by our company under any circumstances, including returns and exchanges.
If products are returned by the carrier because the buyer could not be reached or due to incorrect contact information, both the outgoing and return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
Order and Production Conditions
Products for which advance payment has not been received will not be included in the production schedule.
Orders for which full payment has not been made will not be shipped.
Products must be collected within 10 days from the delivery date; otherwise, a daily storage fee will apply.
The quotation validity period is 7 days.
If products not included in the quotation are added later, an additional fee will be applied.
The specified delivery date (production period) is valid only for the same day.
